Mission
If we were the customer, how would we ourselves want to be treated? It seems like a simple question and we have made it our mission: treat others as we would hope to be treated if the situation were reversed.
We know opportunities are not merely won and lost by our actions, they are created by them. We realize that our responses today will affect the choices we are given tomorrow. Because of these understandings, we strive to adhere to the following principles:
